Alright back to the topic, one random day, i decided to go for a jump at the trampoline park located at Pandan Gardens since it is so near my house! And i heard that jumping for half n hour helps to burn around 150 calories? Not that bad right! Just bounce and burn fats and enjoy!
And this is the pricing!
They make it compulsory to get the socks! SO $2 MOREEE!
Basically i took the 60 minutes slot with the socks which cost me a total of $16. And not to worry about your belongings and etc, they have free lockers there! But try not to bring big bag, if not you will ended up be like my bf, having his suitcase kept with the staff there! HAHAHHA!

BUT WHO KNOWS, this clumsy girl = ME! ACTUALLY JUMP for ONLY 10MINS AND I SPRAINED MY ANKLE! CUI!!
BF carried me home and i can't even do any weigh-bearing movement, in another words, i can't even walk. FML. And i cried so badly because the pain was so intolerable! And can you imagine?! It so pain till i can't even sleep that i actually watched tv programmes all the way till morning. And i wanted to go down to clinic to see Dr the next day, but i realised i really can't walk at all. Bro decided to examine my leg and he concluded that i shall go to A&E to do a Xray as the swollen is way too serious. And true enough, Xray shows that i had a hairline fracture plus avulsion fracture. Sound so serious right! And i was given 7 days of HL and appt to see Ortho Dr. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I WOULD NEVER HAVE THOUGHT OF~ Bounce, jump and that's it. LOL
THIS JONES BANDAGE IS MAKING MY LEG SUPER SMELLY. GOOD LUCK TO THE ORTHO DR THAT I WILL BE SEEING IN A FEW DAYS TIME. =.="
