Last Day In Hong Kong

Breakfast again @ Choi Fook! Couldnt resist ourselves from visiting the restaurant again! LOL!

After that went to shop around hotel as my parents insist we shouldnt go too far as we are leaving tonight! I fail to convince them that it's okay as our flight is at 9pm. So i didnt get the chance to get them to take star ferry as they insist that last day SHOULD really just be safe. Land transportation will do. Ferry might break down, and we might get stuck in the ferry and missed our flight! OMGGG! wHAT A REASON YEA?! SO last day was kind of boring, last minute shopping at mongkok, yaumatei and Jordan area. Then headed towards Kowloon!

Bought another tin of egg roll at airport shop named KEE WAH. LOLOL! Basically i own 4 tins of egg rolls by myself! =DD
I FAIL TO GET INTO THE DEPARTURE HALL! That woman who type my boarding pass as Kam/J as the name and the security refused to let me in!! Fortunately, it was still early, i went back to the counter and ask for another boarding pass! =DD If only i went in late and the counter closed, i missed my flight! I WILL MAKE SURE TIGER AIRWAYS PAY BACK FOR ME! =DD

Hong Kong Day 4

Breakfast at a WONDERFUL place!
The restaurant right beside our hotel! We thought it would be very expensive! BUT WE ARE TOTALLY WRONG! DIM SUM IS SUPERB DELICIOUS AND SUPER WORTH IT! I MEANT IT! =DD ❤❤❤
If im not wrong, this restaurant provide DIM SUM ALA CARTE in the morning and evening for wedding banquet. The restaurant named Choi Fook! Food: 8.5/10 (depend on the food u ordered, some was really nice!) Value: 9/10 Service: 7/10 ( Waitress is kind of rude when we have some enquiries) Ambience: 9/10

Went to Yuen Long to buy some snacks, biscuit and eggrolls for relatives and friends in SG. How to get there? Train to Yuen Long, walked to the bus terminal and take 761p to Tin Yat the light rail, get down at the first stop, rmb to tap ur card before u get into the light rail, and rmb to tap out after getting down! Bought the roasted goose and brought back to hotel for lunch! =))

Rather a short day today. Mum and dad are tired. Exploring Wan Chai in the afternoon and they headed back to hotel while i went back to Ladies Street, Fa Yuen Jie and Temple Street. Eating the famous hong kong egg waffle and drinking Gong Cha while walking alone on street w/o my parents. LOL!
My ONly REGRET IS NOT ABLE to try the deep fried oyster egg @ Temple Street. =((

Hong Kong Day 3

Morning breakfast at the CONGEE shop opposite our hotel! It was "famous" on some online forum saying that their congee is nice. Nathan Rd Congee if im not wrong. A BIG OBJECTION! I personally think that it just like some normal porridge which cost us ard 29HKD for a bowl?! LOL! $4++ SGD! IKR!

Headed toward Central MTR and walked to THE PEAK TRAM. Bought the package of Madame Tussauds + Peak Tram + Sky Terrance @ 235hkd/person. I LOVE THIS PLACE! PEAK TRAM W LOTS OF PRESSURE AND SUPER WINDY SKY TERRANCE! AND Madame Tussauds the wax museum with lots of wax figure!

After that walked to Admiralty MTR, Exit B2 to take bus 629 to ocean park! =DD Ocean park ticket can be bought at the bus terminal, adult ticket cost 280HKD/person. Use your octopus card to pay for the bus fare. =DD

After ocean park, same thing, take bus 629 back to admiralty MTR. Train to TST, dinner at some random shop in SOGO and walked to Avenue Of Stars to catch the 8pm Symphony of Lights. After that, short walk at TST before going back hotel. =))

Hong Kong Day 2

Morning breakfast at Tsui Wah which is strongly recommended by online reviewers when i research on HK. HOWEVER, i don't find anything special there! THIS SHALL BE MY ONCE AND ALSO THE LAST TIME It cost us almost 10+ SGD for 2 bowls of oats and 1 plate of bread with some top-up of drinks. And it just taste NORMAL. LOL!

Headed toward Jordan MTR after breakfast and train to Sheung Wan to take the TurboJet aka maucau ferry. It cost us ard 151hkd/person/ticket if you buy at the ticketing counter. After buying, while waiting for the baording time, we walked ard and we realised that if we have bought at their travel agency it will only cost us 130hkd! =((

THE FAMOUS "WALL"! WHEREBY WE TRAVEL SO FAR FOR! LOL!|

After seeing the wall, we went to see the "floor" (Senado Square) LOL!

I've tried the pork chop bun in some random shop, quite nice but SUPER oily! NEVERTHELESS, I WILL NVR FORGET TO BUY MY FAVOURITE EGG ROLLS FROM THIS STORE! (SHOWN IN THE PIC) 115HKD/TIN! But IF u buy it in HongKong it will cost u 154hkd! =DD

Hong Kong Day 1

WE REACHED NOVOTEL NATHAN! <3 =.=" First thing, we step into the room, my dad just lie on the bed! LOLOL! It's good that sofa is provided as we travel in three, though i only book as 2 adults? LOL
After putting down our luggage, the feeling of hunger came! Have our FIRST MEAL in HK in a nearby cafe. THEIR FRIED RICE WAS NICE!
After then, we headed towards the MTR Jordan, walking distance. TO MONGKOK FOR SHOPPING! =D First station - Argyle Centre! The strongly recommended place! HOWEVER, DO MIND THAT SOME HK PPL ARE NOT AS NICE AS WHAT WE EXPECT (ATTITUDE UH). =((

Headed towards Kowloon Bay upon receiving my cousin call, to have dinner tgt! =DD (Anyway, according to my cousin, don buy SIM card at airport, buy at any 7-11 or MongKok area, cheaper!)

VERY WELL KNOWN RESTAURANT that my cousin have brought us to FOR A WONDERFUL MEAL!

Hong Kong Trip

I have to say HONG KONG is freaking awesome! I would LOVE to go again! <3

The best thing is being able to travel overseas with family. The last time that we traveled tgt was when i was 2, and now when i am 20. 18yrs gap! :O It's quite a good experience. Furthermore, we choose to have a free and easy trip on our own.

Upon reaching HK, we went to the train ticket counter to get our airport express tickets to Kowloon. We bought the grp of 3 tickets which cost 190hkd in total which is about 10SGD/ticket.
The train ticket counter

Upon reaching Kowloon, we looked out for the sign which wrote free shuttle bus service. Since we are staying in Novotel Nathan Rd, Kowloon, we took the bus K1 (the person at the bus service will tell you what bus to take upon telling them the hotel you are staying in) so we get down at the 6th stop (Easton Hotel). A short walk to our hotel~ =DD I LOVE NOVOTEL! SOOO NICEE! But the check in counter is at second storey! But they do provide the service in helping us to carry our luggage! =D
*** Small reminder: if u are going to stay in Novotel, rmb to indicate if you want those smoking rooms or non-smoking room. =)

Summarizing what i've went through

In life, lots of thing are unpredictable. I was well-known to be called as "Missy Suay" during my Poly time, a long story behind it. =( However, i think that's life. I don't get what i want when at work or in school. But sometime, i can be really lucky. I've actually won SNSD 2011 SINGAPORE TOUR CONCERT FROM F&N!

I remembered that it was just like an usual day. Or maybe my holiday? I only know i got nth better to do, i was surfing net and this F&N advertisement. To cut down label of their drinks and mail them to stand a chance in winning the concert ticket.

A day before it's deadline, i went to the supermarket nearby my house and bought this 1.5L SARSI. Then i remembered about the adv i saw, took out a stamp, cut down the label and i mailed it! Days later! I saw my name in F&N's FB! I WON THE TICKET! =D HOLYYYMAMA! i CANT believe it! =PP

MY VIRGIN CONCERT = SNSD! I've nvr been to a REAL CONCERT!
I was late for the concert due to my part-time job! When i reached, this is what i saw! :O
ENJOY! =DD
