IT'S OFF DAYYYYYYYYY~!

When i was young, I LOVE DEEP FRIED CARROT CAKE - hardly you can find it anywhere in Singapore anymore. If i'm not wrong, only TPY have it now! I REALLY MISSED DEEP FRIED CARROT CAKE! SOOOOO I BOUGHT THE RAW CARROT CAKE FROM Sheng Siong cost me around $2.60! Cutting it into slices, and deep frying it! It's unhealthy.... yea.. i know... but... *cross fingers*

*DANG RANG* Though not as nice as what i've tried when i was young

And since i've alrdy deep fried this carrot cake. Thought of not wasting the oil! Decided to try again my salted egg yolk chicken! I've tried cooking this dish previously, quite successful! I LIKE! But as usual, i'll 偷工减料, as in, i won't follow the recipe completely. I'll minus some of the ingredients which i think is unnecessary! LOL! Anyway i got the recipe from Kitchen Snippets!

You must be wondering how com my salted egg yolk chicken look so different from hers?! HAHHAHAHA! This is totally retarded! I FORGOT TO ADD MILK IN! =.=" Taste powder-ish! LOL! And yea! i don't have curry leaves at home... SOOOOO YAAA! HAHAHAHAHH!

A day started off well!
Enjoying my breakfast with family after the LONG NIGHT SHIFT @ Tiong market. It's really nice of them to wake up early to pick me up from work and have breakfast together. Getting my brother to wake up early just for breakfast IS NOT EASY! <3

Smurf Banner!

My art is really lousy! Look at the banner and see some ugly painting? IT'S ME! I SPOIL IT! OMG! oHYEA! Inflation is really ridiculous! It's been ten years since i last used poster colours. If i didn't remember wrongly, it cost me around $4 plus per box ten years ago?! Same brand, same packaging - $8 plus now!!

I bought the cheapest one thou, $6 plus! LOL!

Night shift today! HOPE EVERYTHING GOES ON SMOOTHLY! =DD

SWEATY PALMS A.K.A PALMAR HYPERHIDROSIS

Hello! Today topic is rather random- sweaty palms.
Since young, i'm born with sweaty palms, real bad kind - My sweat drips down from my palm! Serious! I'm not exaggerating. I've sweaty feet too. That's why i hate wearing slippers! =(( My feet tends to slip off from the slipper and i've to walk really slow.

This sweat is only 60-70%. 100% = i looked like i just washed my hands

Swollen yea? Water retention due to too much sweat =.="

If i wore a shoe from home to market, it took me simply 8-10mins. If i wore slipper, i need 15-20mins! It's like even if u tried to walk as fast as you can, you will feel that the slipper and the feet just don't coordinate well.

It's really awkward to have this problem. I hate to shake hands with people, i hate to join camp due to those ice-breaker game which need physical contact, i hate to use tissue to put underneath my hands when i write but if i don't do this, the paper will tear. i hate the sweat, simple things like breaking of medicine into half is tedious to me. Either the medicine melts or i just couldn't break it! =((

Have i ever try to solve this problem? YES I DID! I went to polyclinic asking the doctor to refer me for specialists as i'm keen in doing the surgery - i was then referred to Neuro Surg!

Consultation - Neuro Surg! OMG! i got a shocked! The doctor asked me if i've tried any medical treatment? such as Iontophoresis or even like deodorant. Having my answer as no - he referred me to dermatologist and gave me an open date to go to him anytime within 3 months.

Went to see dermatologist in SGH - Was told that Iontophoresis is not available. ONLY IN NATIONAL SKIN CENTRE. I was then prescribed with some deodorant and discharged from Derma in SGH and referred to NATIONAL SKIN CENTRE. But story ended here. Bcos the clinic only gave me the date for the appt 1 DAY BEFORE THE APPT! I told the person i cant make and expecting them to gave me another date. She said she will call me back. BUT SHE DIDNT! I could simply call and  make my own appt but i didnt. I didnt went back to neuro surgery too.

I WAS AFRAID! I'M SCARED! The doctor told me that the surgery is something like this...
Named ENDOSCOPIC TRANSTHORACIC SYMPATHETOMY. 
1) Chest X-ray needed to be done and making sure my lungs are good for the surgery
2) They will have to deflate one of my lungs and then they will be able to reach the sweat gland. - LEFT LUNG FOR LEFT HAND
3) Inflate my deflated lungs back and deflate the another one. - RIGHT LUNG FOR RIGHT HAND

Complications - in accident, they might accidentally poke through my lungs. - then i'll have to have this chest drainage to drained out the bloods or air =.="

He said - surgery might not cure completely, Sweat might changed to other parts of the body like thighs, back of the back or even more sweaty feet aka compensatory sweating. Oh damn! AFTER HEARING ALL THESE, I BACK OUT of cos! HAHAHA! I told my parents about this and they changed their mind - NO SURGERY IS ALLOW!

OHYEA! Anyway the deodorant didnt work for me! If not i won't have those photos above to show you guys! =PP

I've ordered a customized fondant cake with smurf sculpture on top of the cake base. I WONDER HOW WILL THE CAKE TURN OUT!? CANT WAIT FOR 21 JULY! =PP

Successful Interview?

Hello! =DD Recently i've applied the course in UniSim to become a social worker. (Bachelor of Social Work) And i went for interview today! I would said that i've srsly no idea did i even passed the interview. Being in my current career for a yr plus and changing to something else which is totally different, made others think that i'm a fickle-minded people. Like i does not know what i really wants.

But i really hope to get into this degree course and become a social worker to help others to solve their social issue. Aisehhhh! HAHHAHAH! But really la, i believed i'll like this field.

Today was actually a chaos day! I left home 10 plus thinking i can bus to SIM for interview. LOL! 1045! I'm still at Jurong when my interview is at 1115hrs! Fortunately, Singapore - smth that we are nvr lack of. TAXI! =DD Flag a cab. GUESS WHAT?! i reached SIM at 11am! WOW!!

JOIN ME! LETS STUDY SOCIAL WORK TGT!
